Eligible Users

AmericanLifestyle is available only to individuals eighteen years of age and older, and to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using AmericanLifestyle, you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria and you agree to have the ability under applicable law to enter into a legally binding contract.

Individual Use

You are only authorized to use this Site for your own individual use, and may not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute any material on AmericanLifestyle.com for any purpose other than for your own individual use, unless otherwise specifically authorized by AmericanLifestyle. You agree not to transfer or resell your use of or access to your AmericanLifestyle products and program to any third party.

Payment

You agree to pay for all products you purchase at AmericanLifestyle. After you have provided your credit card, or debit card or checking account details, and that information has been verified, your product order will be processed and your card and or account will be charged. In some instances you may opt to automatically renew and be billed for every 24 days to monthly shipments of the product(s) you've selected. Based on the product plan you have chosen. Renewals will continue until you cancel your renewal recurrent order(s). Users are financially responsible for all associated renewal and recurrent order fees.

Cancellation

You can cancel your renewal order(s) at anytime. To cancel:

2. Provide your order number (which is on your confirmation)
3. Provide your full name and full contact information
4. State your wishes to cancel future shipments of your recurrent order
5. For any questions, please call 585-586-1878

If you selected Auto-Billing. be sure to cancel your recurrent auto-billing and auto-shipping before the next shipment of your product to avoid further billings. Cancellations do not apply retroactively, and do not apply after a new shipment has been processed and may be on route to you. Each product may have further restrictions not listed here, but listed elsewhere in the website. If you do not hear from us after 5 days, you need to contact us again as we may not have received your request. While we can assist you, you are ultimately responsible for the maintenance of your recurrent order status and for updating and amending its status.

Re-Stocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% of your order will be charged if you return ordered products to us. The restocking fee shall be applied for any returned products with the above guidelines, and deducted from the credit provided. For any packages that were shipping and refused, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted. No cancellations will be accepted after order has been shipped out. Shipping and handling charges are excluded and are non refundable. When completed, send your email to Info@AmericanLifestyle.com. If you have met all the above criteria you will be credited pursuant to the policy outlined here.
Return Policy:
You must email or telephone us before returning a product with a reason the product is being returned & the order number.
Email is the very best way to contact us. Then return the product to us with your name, address and order number on the shipping box, and also on a paper inside the package so that we can appropriately credit your account.

Cancelling an Order:
You may cancel an order any time before we have shipped by emailing us at: info@americanlifestyle.com. There is no charge to you if you cancel before we ship.
Reshipping:
When a package is returned you may choose to have your package reshipped to you for an additional shipping & handling cost.

The cost to originally ship the product to you is not refundable, unless the product is defective.
Also, there is a less shipping / less 15% Re-stocking charge when a product is returned.
Allow 3-5 business days for credit card refunds to go through.
Customs Interference:
If a package is returned to us because of your country's customs interference, customer service will immediately contact you by email and offer to reship your package to a different shipping address for an additional shipping & handling cost, or give a less shipping / less 15% restocking refund. Each customer is responsible for knowing the customs laws of their country.
Chargeback Notification:
We ask that before you dispute a charge from American Lifestyle that you contact us first by email or telephone so that we can assist you in any way necessary.
For Your Information (FYI) We will discontinue doing business with you after a chargeback is filed by blocking your billing/shipping address, email address & credit card information respectively.

Any conduct by you that in our sole discretion is wrongful and or restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the site will not be permitted. You agree not to access the Site by any means other than through the interface that is provided by us for use in accessing the Site.

2. Be responsible for the status of your account, including the cancellation of your account and or orders before your next billing and or shipping period;

Be responsible for all charges made by you to AmericanLifestyle for the use of your account, including unauthorized use prior to your notifying AmericanLifestyle of such use, and taking steps to prevent its further occurrence by changing your password.
